Sassy Water for Improved Weight Loss

I want to share with you a neat little recipe that really helped me shed some weight.
This terrific find is called "Sassy Water" - it is really easy to make, it is tasty and it has numerous benefits.

So, how to make this Sassy water?
You will need:

  • One large cucumber
  • Around 12 leaves of peppermint (or spearmint)
  • One lemon
  • One ginger root
  • A pitcher or pot full of water (around 2 liters)
Cut the lemons and cucumbers in slices. Wash the spearmint and remove the leaves from the stem. Grind a bit of ginger root. Place all the ingredients into pot or pitcher. Leave in fridge overnight, filter the water in the morning and drink the entire pot/pitcher throughout the day. Sassy wanted should be taken with exclusion of all other drinks (coffee and tea included).

You can read more on Sassy Water here.

My personal experience with Sassy Water is great. I have a lot more energy throughout the day, and my cravings for naps have been reduced significantly. More importantly, as Sassy Water is really tasty and refreshing without practically having any calories, I didn't feel the need to drink sodas, juices and other liquid junk.

Try it - it can only do good for you.
